After #157, I discussed whether we could remove
postCheck()w/ the team because I think it's not enough just to propagate error aftercheckTx(). I think we need to guarantee to add a tx to mempool ifcheckTx()is success becausecheckTx()is notpure function. The team aligned to removepostCheck().How to remove
